Conmen Felting Tip | 2007

A work in two parts: a nondescript, banal recreation of a small storeroom occupies the gallery space, filled with cardboard boxes marked with coded reference labels, the content and significance of which is left to the viewers’ speculation. A monitor nearby relays a live CCTV image of the second part, an entirely constructed fake office space in which the artists assume the roles of office worker and delivery man, continuously moving, removing and monitoring an inventory of cardboard boxes from a storeroom seemingly located just off camera.
